While continuous development and innovation is and always will be the pinnacle of the OTCBot project, our team acknowledges and respects the importance of community engagement and marketing initiatives to create exposure. The following pillars highlight the different phases of our Marketing Roadmap. 1. Marketing Foundations: Building a Core Community In the first phase after launch, which comprises 1-2 weeks after launch, we will focus on building a core community through the following actions:

  • Launch of Social Media Platforms (Twitter, Telegram, Youtube)

  • Organized Social Media Engagement (i.e. Raiding, Thread Contests)

  • Educational Initiatives (i.e. Tutorial Video, Promotional Video)

  • Strategic Partnerships (i.e. advertising on other Telegram bots and ads)

2. Influencer Marketing: Recognizing & Employing Key Influencers

In the second phase of our Marketing Roadmap, we have established a key core community and will move to onboarding key influencers. This phase will happen in week 3 and week 4 after launch and include but is not limited to, the following actions:

  • X Influencers: Identification and formation of long-term partnerships with key X influencers

  • Youtubers: Identification and formation of long-term partnerships with key YT influencers

  • Other Influencers: Identification of other key influencers on other platforms (i.e. Twitch, Telegram)

3. Ads, Trending Services & Offline Marketing

In the third phase of our Marketing Roadmap, which starts with the beginning of the second month after the launch of our bot and platform, we move our attention to more 'official' forms of marketing. The following actions will be taken in this third phase.

  • Dextools Trending

  • CoinMarketCap Trending

  • Banners & Ads on platforms such as CoinMarketCap, Dextools and others

  • Offline Marketing Initiatives (i.e. Billboards & Merchandise)

4. Centralized Exchange Listings & Future Initiatives

The first three phases of our Marketing Roadmap are aimed at attracting a solid user base and token community in the DeFi space. To attract a wider public, we deem it essential to list on Centralized Exchanges as soon as possible after launch. As such, talks to launch on big Centralized Exchanges will start already before we launch our token. After the first three phases and the first two months after launch have passed, the team behind OTCBot will ensure a continuous stream of marketing, fed by the associated buy and sell tax. Ongoing initiatives will include strategic partnerships, influencer marketing and online and offline advertisements.
